Canon Printer Driver Is Currently In Use Windows 10

Printer driver installation is disrupted and the message "printer driver is currently in use" is displayed. this will occur if you've connected the printer to the pc prior to installing the canon printer driver.. Windows 10 drivers unavailable for printer device (canon pixma mp460) my windows 10 set up keeps telling i need a driver for my pixma mp460 scanner/printer (never been a problem before) but canon keeps saying there is no driver for 10.. Some printer manufacturers such as canon, brother, dell, epson have updated the windows 10 drivers for their vast majority of printers. some manufacturers such as panasonic haven’t updated the drivers in timely fashion, reporting that windows 10 drivers for their printers will be available in the near future..

If you are using pixma mp series printers have semi-compatible printer drivers with the windows 10, you can install the drivers from windows 7, 8 or 8.1 to windows 10. it will compatibility with windows 10 system although it probably have some limitations.. I downloaded a new driver, supposedly for windows 10, from the canon website but the program still refuses to recognize the printer. i am at a loss here and i cannot currently get ahold of windows help to get me out of this mess.. Although canon will not issue drivers for these products to support the windows 10 operating system, the windows 7 or windows 8 drivers should function in the new windows 10 environment with some limitations which are currently unknown to canon..
