How can i deactivate adobe 9 standard if the "deactivate" option under the help menu is grayed out (see the screenshot)? i have an employee who just installed and activated this adobe 9 standard software on a windows 7 pro computer.. I need to deactivate adobe acrobat xi pro before installing the new dc version. but the "deactivate" option under "help" is grayed out and remains grayed out..
